Sal’s Roma Deli in Monroe Township, NJ, is a true gem that we can’t get enough of, visiting nearly every day for breakfast! Our go-to dish, the 3-egg platter with bacon, is simple yet absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked eggs and crispy bacon that never fail to hit the spot. The food quality is consistently outstanding, with every dish bursting with flavor and prepared with care. The service is just as impressive, with warm, friendly staff who make us feel like family every time we walk in. On top of that, the prices are incredibly low and fair, making this already amazing spot even more attractive. The cozy atmosphere and unbeatable value keep us coming back for more. We absolutely love Sal’s Roma Deli and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic breakfast experience!

Amazing breakfast spot! I ate here everyday when in town. Sal works the counter and is the coolest dude. Everyone knows him and he piles those sandwich’s up high with meat to fill you up! Great place

I was just looking for a good deli while passing through town and I'm really glad I found this spot. I had a simple grilled chicken sandwich with roasted peppers, melted mozzarella, a little prosciutto. A half sandwich was 8" and stuffed. It was a fantastic and satisfying sandwich. Just what I was looking for. Thank you.

New place where we will stop for lunch or dinner every time we travel on NJ turnpike. With all the rest stops closed we needed an exit going north found Sal’s at exit 8A and it was so much better than anywhere we have stopped on this trip for the last 15 years! So many great options…boys said their Cheesesteaks were great, we loved the grilled Rueben and the chicken parm. See photos. All were delicious. The guys were super welcoming (helped us find what we wanted), bathroom clean, and had outdoor tables with umbrellas! All this a few minutes off the turnpike. Loved it!

Best chicken parm in the area. Highly recommend! Ample parking, nice atmosphere, shady picnic tables. Nice, competent people work there. This is my new go to pizza place plus delivery!!!

Happened to stumble upon this gem while in the area. Had the ziti and salad and chicken club sandwich. The ziti was huge and I ended up eating everything. The staff and owner were very friendly. Will definitely come back.

Stopped at Sal's Roma Deli for a quick bite to eat. I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered an eggplant with fresh mozzarella panini. It was so flavorful. I will definitely be back to try other delicious Italian specialties.

We were traveling from NC and stopped at this fabulous location. The food was hot and fresh!! Everyone was so warm and kind. We definitely recommend!! We ordered the spaghetti & meatballs, pizza, and a sub!! So much food and delicious!!
